Breathe

So I move onward to the next chapter of my life and of my training on Monday and I am in a state of shock.  This is the first move I have made which I feel ready for but not financially.   I am trusting in a leap of faith and I have to have faith that everything will be alright and be proactive that it will.  Right now the fear and anxiety is a overwhelming and I don't want to do anything but curl into a tight little ball and fall asleep and ignore everything.   It is amazing how that never works.  It is also amazing how this is a time in my life where I wish I went on anxiety pills to help me cope but I know that wouldn't work.   I teach tonight so hopefully the post exercise high will kick in :).   I just need to breathe.  I know that everything will be ok as long as I am proactive.   Faith and Trust in the Universe....and just say my mantra/affirmation when I get stressed....I am mighty, I am strong, I am an aerialist!,I am mighty, I am strong, I am an aerialist!,I am mighty, I am strong, I am an aerialist!,I am mighty, I am strong, I am an aerialist!,I am mighty, I am strong, I am an aerialist!

Thoughts

Once again I am freaking out about my upcoming move but know it is the right thing to do.  My time in Tucson has come to a conclusion and I am finally ready for a new chapter.   I step out proudly of who I am how far I have come.  To know that fitness in possible....that you can do amazing things if you put your mind and will to it.   I feel like I have been freaking out about stupid things but realized they are not stupid but realistic and life just happens some time so I need to chill out and rest....Which brings me to todays fitness tip......REST....

Rest is singulary one fo the most important thing in your workout.   Now I am talking about resistance training and not cardio.  You need to rest for 45sec- 2 min between sets.  This give your body to produce more ATP, muscle go juice....in very not tech terms, so you can be productive in the upcoming sets.   Rest meaning sleep is also crucial.   Sleep resets the body and repairs damage and defrags the brain.   If you don't get good sleep then it is so much harder to function and perform your best.  As always I leave you with a picture..
