Fitness Tip for today

Metabolism and Muscle:

The best way to increase toy metabolism is weight training.  The muscle mass you have the more fat you burn when you are doing nothing at all.   To gain muscle mass you need hypertrophy.....which is the opposite of atrophy, which means big strong muscles.   What does this mean at the gym?  Limited your number of reps to 4-6, instead of 10-12.  Make sure that last few are hard...like I don't know if I can do this last one hard!!!!!  The about a minute to 2 minutes rest.   Have fun everyone..here is some pretty circus stuff
